I had a very satisfying experience working with Dave to sell my home. I had only purchased the home 4 years prior and suddenly decided to move back to Oregon after 26 years in Alaska as my fiancé was experiencing medical complications due to a heart transplant 20 years. Dave was really great to work with. I had a lot on my plate and found myself in a unique situation that required me closing on the house before a particular date. I had just had surgery, was working full-time, planning my wedding, mothering a 5 year old and on a time crunch. My wife and I put our house on the market in 2006, it was a little late in the season and we didn’t sell.
